Med Zero™ is a six‑day, high‑intensity tactical medical course designed for professionals operating in the world’s most hostile environments. It is purpose‑built for serving and former military personnel, security contractors, journalists, remote medics, and specialist response teams who may be required to deliver care when evacuation is delayed and senior clinical support is unavailable. The programme combines four days of rigorous clinical instruction in the Southampton training centre with two days of immersive battlespace simulation, delivered through our partnership with global Risk Management specialists Sabre Consultancies Ltd. This incorporates weapons firing, pyrotechnics and live role players at a dedicated facility. Training is delivered by former special operations personnel with direct operational experience in Afghanistan, Ukraine and across African theatres.
More than a conventional battlefield medicine course, Med Zero™ TCCC+ focuses on mastery of core and intermediate life‑saving skills – the elements that have the greatest impact on survivability, yet are most often poorly understood. Tailored primarily for small‑team operations in hostile settings, the course also delivers significant value to military medics managing larger casualty volumes.
